REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY

Before purchasing, please read the following:

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds or exchange goods if you just "change your mind". If there is a fault, or the goods you receive are not what you paid for, you are always entitled to your choice of a refund replacement of the goods, or repair of the goods, providing the following conditions are met:

  • Goods must have been purchased from our online store.
  • Goods returned must be in a new condition and not otherwise damaged.
  • The original packaging must also be intact and returned with the goods.
  • Cost of goods returned are to be borne by the client returning the goods.

    It is also important to note that if one or more of the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to refund, exchange or offer you a credit. Hydro Masta undertakes to handle repairs and resolve problems via the manufacturer's warranty for any faulty returned goods. (The manufacturer is the original warranty provider.)

    We carry a vast array of products to which certain warranty clauses apply. It is in your best interest as a consumer to be aware of any warranty requirements and conditions that apply to the product. Please read any of the special conditions listed on the packaging or warranty card that may come with the products you purchase from our store.

    We are more than happy to provide you, our valued customer, all the information of our suppliers to ensure satisfaction in the purchase that you have made.
